Abayomi Rotimi Mighty, 2027 Elections Presidential Aspirant

Ogun, Nigeria — In a bold statement that is fast gaining traction across the nation, renowned public affairs commentator and 2027 presidential hopeful, Abayomi Mighty, has once again raised his voice for the common man, challenging the current administration’s approach to governance and budgeting.

Speaking during a press briefing in Ogun State, Mighty criticized the growing trend of multi-billion naira projects that, while glamorous on paper, do little to alleviate the everyday suffering of ordinary Nigerians.

“It is not just about commissioning bridges, stadiums, or monument gates. The Nigerian people are hungry. They are jobless. Children are out of school. Hospitals lack basic equipment. What use is a billion-naira flyover when the average citizen can’t afford a loaf of bread?” he asked pointedly.

Mighty emphasized that while infrastructural development is important, it must not come at the expense of human development. He urged government at all levels to re-prioritize budgets to focus on critical sectors like education, healthcare, job creation, and food security.

“We must put the people before projects. A prosperous nation is not measured by the length of its bridges but by the wellbeing of its citizens,” Mighty declared, calling for a transparent audit of current capital projects and redirection of funds towards urgent social needs.

The Abayomi-Mighty Movement is increasingly resonating with grassroots Nigerians, many of whom feel abandoned by leaders who appear disconnected from their realities. His recent stance continues to shape national discourse, especially as the 2027 elections draw closer.

As hunger, insecurity, and inflation continue to plague the nation, Abayomi Mighty’s message rings clear: Leadership must first feed the people before building statues in their name.
