Abayomi Rotimi Mighty, Nigerian Presidential Aspirant for 2027 Elections

Presidential aspirant and statesman, Abayomi Rotimi Mighty, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Nigerian teachers as the nation joins the global community to celebrate World Teachers’ Day, describing them as “the silent builders of the nation’s greatness.”

In his goodwill message released on Sunday, Abayomi-Mighty praised the resilience and dedication of teachers who continue to nurture generations of Nigerians despite the economic hardship, poor remuneration, and inadequate educational infrastructure that have plagued the sector for decades.

“Teachers remain the backbone of every developed society. They are the true nation-builders, yet they have been the most neglected. Without teachers, there is no leadership, no governance, and no future,” he stated.

Abayomi-Mighty lamented the deteriorating state of Nigeria’s education system, saying that the persistent industrial actions, unpaid salaries, and underfunded schools are a reflection of a government that has failed to prioritize human capital development.

He assured that under his leadership, education would be restored to its rightful place as the cornerstone of national transformation.

“Our teachers deserve better — not just in words, but in action. When we invest in teachers, we invest in the future of Nigeria. My administration will ensure teachers are empowered, respected, and properly rewarded,” he added.

Abayomi-Mighty concluded by urging teachers across the country not to lose faith, reminding them that their sacrifices are not in vain.

“The future we dream of will only be possible through your continued labour of love and service. You are not forgotten; your time of honour is coming,” he affirmed.
